Last week: Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate Dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles, condemned Rep. Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez’s remarks equating southern border illegal alien detention facilities to “concentration camps.” He called her comments “obscene, shockingly ignorant, and an insult to the memory of the 6 million Jews and millions of others murdered by the Nazis.” He added that comparing the “dedicated” men and women in law enforcement enforcing our laws to “Nazi mass murderers and war criminals” was a “terrible insult.” President Clinton advisor Doug Schoen, who is Jewish, said such a comparison was “really an obscenity.”Both are right
