Last week: De-funding or dismantling police departments is a ludicrous idea
with lethal consequences! It would harm communities needing protection the
most; the businesses that serve them; and, would not reduce racism or crime.
Many who say there is systemic racism in police departments are silent on the
lack of blacks — especially in responsible positions — in their workplaces. Mob
rule and looting are fine as long as it supports their cause. Many anti-cop
protesters say there is not a “racist bone in my body” but do not hesitate to use
their race when it suits their own economic or political gain.
